FAQ

Domain Manager Access

We’ve made it easier for you to access Domain Manager. Now you can access your Domain Manager through the TELUS Control Panel. This replaces the need for you to access the previous “Manage your Domain” site that required different credentials than your TELUS Control Panel.

Use the Domain Manager via the TELUS Control Panel to manage your domain. Specifically, you can:

  • change your domain’s Whols information
  • update privacy settings
  • lock your domain to prevent it being from transferred to another registrar
  • modify name servers
  • update zone files
  • request the Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP) code to authorize the transfer of your domain name
  • manage domain renewals

Your username and password information for the TELUS Control Panel remain unchanged. In case you have forgotten, your username is your domain name (i.e. mydomain.com) and you can use the “Forgot your password” link to request a new password. For technical support, please call 1-866-292-8144.
