Royal Canadian Mounted Police

TELUS provided Mike Direct Connect phones for on the ground communication and a Cellular on Wheels (COW) truck to “bend” a cellular signal into the valley.
Business benefits: Different emergency crews could communicate “off net”, even before cellular coverage available. When the COW unit arrived, communications were established with homeowners and outside agencies.
