Terms of Service

These Service Terms and the TELUS Local Telephone Service Terms apply to your use of forborne Chargeable Call Intercept - Business Number Service.  Chargeable Call Intercept - Business Number Service is provided by TELUS Communications Company.

1.  Service Description

Chargeable Call Intercept - Business Number Service provides for the intercept of a voice call to a TELUS business telephone number that you no longer use and an audible delivery of an alternate telephone number to the caller.

2.  Service Features

The telephone call is not transferred to the alternate telephone number.  The caller must hang up and dial the alternate telephone number to complete the telephone call.

3.  Service Conditions

If you are not the billed party for the alternate telephone number, prior to TELUS providing Chargeable Call Intercept - Business Number Service, the written approval of the billed party for the alternate telephone number is required.

If you move to another service provider, prior to TELUS providing Chargeable Call Intercept - Business Number Service, you must pay all charges for the requested period.
