These Service Terms and the TELUS Local Telephone Service Terms apply to your use of forborne Dual Line Call Manager Service. Dual Line Call Manager Service (“DLCM Service”) is provided by TELUS Communications Company.

Service Description
Dual Line Call Manager Service links a primary telephone line with an associated telephone line for ringing and call answer.

Service Features
When an incoming telephone call is directed to either the primary telephone line or the associated telephone line, normal ringing is applied to the primary telephone line and an optional distinctive ringing is applied to the associated telephone line. When the telephone call is answered on either the primary telephone line or the associated telephone line, the ringing ceases. The telephone call can be placed on hold and answered on the other telephone line.

Charges
You shall be responsible for payment of the business rate and one time charge for DLCM Service if either the primary telephone line is an individual business line or the associated telephone line is an individual business line.

Changes
If you move either the primary telephone line or associated telephone line to a new service address, DLCM Service will not be transferred to your new service address. TELUS will not perform any moves, adds or changes to DLCM Service or provide any new installations of DLCM Service.
