The following Touch Tone keypad commands can be used during your Audio Conference to effectively manage your conference.

Participant Commands

*0 - TELUS Conference Representative Assistance

*2   - Enter Sub Conference

*3  - Exit Sub Conference/Return to Main Meeting

*6  - Mute/un-mute your own line

1 - Dial out to a new participant (1+Area Code + Number)

• Press *1 to add participant to conference
• Press *2 to disconnect participant from conference
• Press *3 to cancel dialing
• Press # to return to conference

2 - Participant count/roll call

3 - Conference Locking Options

• Press 1 to lock the conference
• Press 2 to cancel        

4 - Intercept (Sub conference with) last caller

• Press *1 to return Participant and Chairperson to the main conference

6 - Start conference recording

• Press 1 to pause recording
• Press 2 to stop recording
• Press 3 for the conference reference number
• Press 5 for a list of current conference recordings
• Press 6 to resume recording

7 - Enter project or billing code reference
