Call Director service includes Visual Call Waiting and provides you with up to six different options for handling Call Waiting calls by pressing one of the following keys on you screen phone:

1. Answer - puts the current caller on hold and answers the CW caller
2. Holdmsg - sends CW caller to a hold recording: "Please hold for a moment, the person you are calling is on another call and will be with you shortly. Thank you from TELUS."
3. VMail sends the CW caller directly to Personal Voice Mail (if subscribed to)
4. DropCur - drops the current caller and connects you to the CW caller
5. BusyMsg - sends the CW caller to a busy recording - "We're sorry, the person you are calling is on another call. Please try again later."
6. Join - adds the CW caller to the current conversation (a 3 way call)
