1. Is my location information secure? Do any laws protect my privacy?

   Privacy issues in business arise as a result of the end customer's business operations, and to the extent to which we are a partner and/or a service provider for them, TELUS plays a significant role.

   TELUS GPS Services:

   TELUS GPS services are designed with your privacy and security in mind and are subject to our privacy policy. TELUS Navigator uses a comprehensive suite of security arrangements to ensure the safeguarding of your information and that only authorized users can access your location information.

   1. Your location information is communicated and stored within our secure network facilities.
   2. Location information is normally retained for a maximum of seven days, after which it will be deleted.
   3. Location information is collected by TELUS, with your consent. Your consent is either provided by downloading the application onto your mobile handset or fleet modem and running the application.

   Third party GPS applications sold by TELUS are governed by each partner’s privacy policy.  Third party applications include Fleet Complete by Complete Innovations, iTrakjavaby Future Quest Wireless and Trackem by Solutions in Motion.
