Terms of Service

These Service Terms and the TELUS Local Telephone Service Terms apply to your use of forborne Call Management Services. Call Management Services are provided by TELUS Communications Company.

  1. Service Description
    Call Management Services provide you with access to network based line features which can be utilized to manage incoming telephone calls, return telephone calls and reach telephone numbers for which a busy signal has been returned.

  2. Service Elements and Features
    The service elements and service features, including capabilities, requirements and limitations, for Call Management Services are available here.

  3. Service Conditions
    TELUS is not responsible for the compatibility of equipment you utilize with Call Management Services. TELUS reserves the right to restrict or limit Call Management Services where, in TELUS’ opinion:
    (a) Call Management Services features are not compatible with your equipment; or
    (b) your equipment requires TELUS to utilize new or additional equipment or procedures.

    In addition to your being responsible for rates and charges for Call Management Services, TELUS will bill you for, and you will be responsible to pay, per use rates and charges for various Call Management Services features including:
    (a) Call Return; and
    (b) Three-Way Calling.

  4. Confidentiality
    Despite any other provision in this Agreement, as facilities permit, any unlisted telephone number from which a telephone call originates will be furnished to the caller and to TELUS for purpose of call tracing on a call-by-call basis.
