Terms of Service

These Service Terms and the TELUS Local Telephone Service Terms apply to your use of forborne Foreign Central Office Service - Data. Foreign Central Office Service - Data is provided by TELUS Communications Company.

1. Service Description
   Foreign Central Office Service - Data provides you with Information System Access Service from a central office (the “foreign central office”) other than your normal serving central office.
   
   
2. Definitions
   In these Service Terms, “Information System Access Service” means a two-way data transmission service made available through use of a voice grade exchange access line with a 10-digt telephone number which provides dial tone and access to the public switched telephone network.
   
   
3. Service Conditions
   The foreign central office must be in the same free calling area as your normal serving central office.
   
   Data transmission using Foreign Central Office Service - Data is permissive. TELUS makes no representations or warranties as to the availability or quality of data transmission using Foreign Central Office Service – Data.
