Terms of Service

These Service Terms and the TELUS Local Telephone Service Terms apply to your use of forborne Universal Messaging Service. Universal Messaging Service is provided by TELUS Communications Company.

1. Service Description
   Universal Messaging Service provides for the non-real time exchange of messages with other compatible messaging systems.
   
   
2. Service Features
   Universal Messaging Service stores messages destined for the same point of termination, compresses the messages, transmits the messages in bulk at high speed on a delayed basis and provides a confirmation that the message has been received.
   
   
3. Service Restriction
   Each point of termination or destination for a broadcast message is rated as a separate message.
   
   The maximum length of any individual message is 5 minutes.
