Service Description  
Voice Mail Service provides you with access to a central office based integrated voice message and mailbox facility which prompts callers with a message you provide when incoming telephone calls to you are not answered and forwards caller messages to a mailbox which you can access.

Service Limitations
Certain Voice Mail Service features are only available in TELUS central offices where certain central office equipment and telecommunications network facilities are provisioned and, accordingly, not all Voice Mail Service features may be available for your use at all TELUS central offices.
