What It Includes
Making the move to IP is a big step. So do it on your own schedule. TELUS offers two options for IP-One Innovation. Enterprise gives you the applications you need while Virtual delivers the advantages of IP without investing in upgrades to your network or your equipment.
Administrative Tools
Web Portal -- Manage your calls, voicemail, fax messages and conference calls from a secure and customizable Web portal.
Integrated Voice Mail Access -- Check your messages via the IP-One phone, the IP-One Innovation Web portal, Microsoft Outlook®, any IMAP 4 e-mail client or any phone anywhere.
One Voicemail Box -- Amalgamate voicemail messages from your office, mobile or another phone number. Use one greeting, one password and one number to retrieve all messages.
Call Log -- View a list of your missed, answered or dialed calls, via the Web portal or your phone.
Inbound Fax for Individuals and Groups -- Receive fax messages directly into your IP-One Innovation inbox and view them on your PC anywhere in the world without incurring long distance charges. You can also route them to the nearest fax machine available if you’re on the go and need something quickly. Group fax enables workgroups or departments to share one fax number.
Collaboration Tools
Meet-me Conferencing -- Schedule conference calls quickly and easily using the Web portal. Invite attendees and communicate conference call details via e-mail or using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
On-Demand Conferencing -- Connect up to six parties instantly with the click of a mouse, either in the Web portal or on your IP phone.
Remote Access
Remote Extension -- Transform any phone, including your home, mobile or hotel phone, into your TELUS IP-One office phone.
Auto Station Relocation -- Move from one desk to another, within the same site location, by simply unplugging your IP phone from your old desk and plugging it in at the new one without IT intervention.
Phone Log in – Move from one phone to another and login to your IP-One account. All your phone settings will follow you to multiple locations.
Find Me/Follow Me -- Direct incoming calls to different phone numbers, transparently to your callers.
One Number -- Provide customers with one phone number so they can reach you wherever you are.
Message Notification -- Stay informed with alerts of new voice messages delivered to your pager, mobile phone or e-mail.
Out of office IP Phones – connect a specially configured IP phone directly into your home router to replicate your in-office experience. Logging in via the Internet enables you to access your phone system without incurring long distance charges.

Service Assurance – The TELUS IP network incorporates Quality of Service to ensure prioritization of critical voice traffic and voice clarity.
Business Continuity – As a hosted and managed service, TELUS IP-One Innovation is housed in our Internet Data Centres. In the case of an event at your location, your employees can still access the service from another location for ongoing operations.
