Call Transfer
Call Transfer is a feature that TELUS provides on your line which allows you to transfer a call from your telephone to an external telephone number or mailbox. Once you have transferred the call by using the Call Transfer feature and hung up, the calling party remains connected to the transfer destination until they hang up.
How to use Call Transfer
Once you subscribed to Call Transfer:
- Depress the switch hook (or flash key) for 1 second.
- Wait for 3 short tones, followed by dial tone.
- Dial the telephone number (the mailbox number) to which the call is to be transferred.
- Wait for answer or hang up.

$8.95 per month ($6.95 per month if TELUS is your long distance provider)
