Call Waiting and Visual Call Waiting
Call Waiting "beeps" to alert you to incoming calls when you're already on the line. You can put your first caller on hold while you answer your waiting call or switch back and forth between callers.
You can also choose not to answer the waiting call. If you have TELUS Business Voice Mail, the waiting caller can then leave you a message.
Visual Call Waiting works just like Call Waiting, but it also shows you the name and number of your waiting caller.
Visual Call Waiting is provided at no additional charge when you subscribe to both Call Waiting and Call Display.
