Internet Call Director
Thinkof TELUS Internet Call Director (ICD) as Call Display for your computer. ICD is available with ADSL (high speed) and Dial Up. Internet Call Director (ICD) provides Internet users with real-time call notification while connected to the Internet. ICD provides the ability to monitor and manage incoming calls via a pop-up message displaying the name and number of the caller on the customers' computer screen. The following call handling options are available for ICD customers:

Answer the call

Forward the call to another number (1 of 4 numbers - you define)

Send the caller a message(1 of 2 standard messages or 1 of 4 customized recorded messages.

Send the caller to Voice Mail(You must subscribe to TELUS Voice Mail)

To give you more convenience and control over your incoming calls, we've upgraded Internet Call Director.

- You can modify the Caller ID of frequent callers for fast recognition.
- Tool tips are now available for Internet Call Director simply by mousing over the feature buttons.
- Forgot your password or want to change your greeting? Now you can easily change it right in the software program.
- You an open your apartment building door when called from your phone-based entry system.
- You can now mute the sound for incoming calls with one-click ease.

- 486 processor with Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows NT4 (SP 3 or greater), or Windows XP;
- 14.4 KBPS modem
- Dial-up connection to an Internet service provider. Internet Call Director works with all standard Internet service providers, including AOL 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0;
- Internet Call Director software installed on your computer (available for download after you have registered online).
- Call Forwarding - Busy, so your calls are forwarded to our server while you're on the Internet.
Note: Internet Call Director monthly price includes Call Forwarding - Busy, and is automatically set up when you register for service.
