Direct Inward Dialing (DID)
This service enables callers to reach your employees at their Private Branch Exchange/EKT work stations without the assistance of an attendant. One DID trunk handles approximately 10 work stations. Depending on the province, there is a minimum requirement on either DID trunks or DID numbers. Access to TELUS calling features is available to assist you further in managing your phone calls.
