Can you please confirm if the Mike i690 and the i355 can talk to each other with the talk around / direct contact? Do they have to be all the same Mikes?
The devices will work with each other as long as they are all Mikes. The model of the device will not have an impact on whether they can talk to each other. All available on the Goc contract have Talk Around and will interconnect with Direct Connect.

How do I link my bans?
In order to link your bans, send a list of the bans that you would like access to, plus your login ID for the portal, to your ASR representative. This information is then sent to the support team who will process the request. Once the request is completed a confirmation of completion is sent to the client.

To access the usage reports, someone at ACOA has to link the airtime accounts to their profile. Once the airtime accounts are linked to their profile, they will be able to access usage reports and grant subordinates access to the same features.
