All requests from CTAs (Client Technical Authorities) and AAs (Authorized Administrators) for new activations, number transfers and wireless devices will be fulfilled directly through TELUS. Contact your TELUS Wireless Account Manager to walk you through account set up, order submission, billing and support requests.

Orders may be placed via email or the Government of Canada Secure Web Portal. Click here to download the simplified ordering process for the GoC wireless contract.

Bulk orders may be submitted through a dedicated email address. Contact your TELUS Account Executive to set up a new account and request an order form. The completed form can be emailed to GOC-GDC@telus.com.
