1. Calling from Canada or the US?

   • Always dial 1-800-646-0000 and follow and follow the prompts to choose your language preference, enter your card number, plus your PIN (14 digits in total). Your call will be connected.

   • If you need to make more calls before you hang up, press # at the end of your call before you hang up and enter the next number you're calling. You can make up to five calls in a row this way.

   • Remember, the instructions and number are on the back of your Calling Card.

   If you require assistance or you're calling from a rotary phone, dial 1-800-646-0000 and an operator will assist you.

   When you're traveling in Canada or the U.S., if you choose to place calls by dialing 0+ the number you wish to reach, keep in mind that you'll be charged the carrier's rates for these calls. It's a good idea to check rates before placing your call. Some telephone companies and hotels use alternative operator service providers and as a result you may see increased transaction fees as well as high per minute charges on your bill.
