Universal Business Dial Access (UBDA)

TELUS is proud to offer the exceptional Universal Business Dial Access (UBDA) to our customers nationwide. UBDA is specially designed to provide "business-quality" Internet dial access and corporate LAN access for our customers. UBDA provides the end-users with the ability to access Internet and applications such as, email, on the corporate LAN via a user-friendly dial wizard. TELUS also offers pooled usage and web-based usage reports for UBDA.

For End-users

UBDA end-users are able to change their password in the My Account/ Change Password section of the Customer Management Tool.
