BlackBerry® e-mail solutions
We offer three e-mail options designed to meet your specific business needs.
BlackBerry® Internet Service
With BlackBerry® Internet Service, you can create a free Internet e-mail account (name@telus.blackberry.net) and/or integrate with an existing MSN Hotmail, AOL, IMAP or POP3/ISP e-mail account. BlackBerry® Internet Service allows you to get "push" delivery of messages and mobile access to email attachments.
BlackBerry® Redirector
By installing the BlackBerry® Redirector software on your personal computer, you can forward your e-mail to your BlackBerry® handheld when your PC is turned on. Simply install the desktop software that comes with your BlackBerry®. Once the software is running, you'll automatically receive new e-mails on your device. Your system must run on Microsoft Exchange in order to use this option.
BlackBerry® Enterprise Server
The BlackBerry Enterprise Solution can help increase your employees' productivity by giving them access to their email, calendars, and corporate applications, and more, all from their BlackBerry smartphones. It also gives your company centralized control of all its wireless handhelds, allowing for simplified management and customized access settings for each individual handset.
BlackBerry® Technical Support
BlackBerry® Technical Support services provide IT Administrators a single point of contact for expert BlackBerry software assistance to ensure that technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively. To learn more, contact your TELUS sales representative or nearest authorized TELUS location.

The BlackBerry® Enterprise Server (BES) manages messaging redirection, enables access to corporate data, provides encryption, and enables administrators to centrally manage their BlackBerry® deployment. It works with your existing enterprise information systems and integrates with Microsoft Exchange, Novell Groupwise and Lotus Domino environments. BES works with existing corporate data stores and enterprise applications, such as CRM, ERP, business intelligence and document management systems, allowing organizations to extend this information wirelessly‡.
You can also view Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, WordPerfect, and ASCII file attachments on your BlackBerry™ device.
