How does it work?

Authorization and settlement services interface with acquirers/financial institutions, which connect to us. We interface and process transactions between acquirers/financial institutions and merchants. Our communications network for debit and credit card processing accommodates both dial-up and Internet connectivity to payment authorization and processing systems. Direct connection supports debit and credit card transactions at the physical point of sale, linking either to our host or to an existing host used by the financial institution. Our host supports credit card transactions executed from remote locations such as a merchant’s website.

Dial-up connectivity

Our dial-up network supports a high-speed dial-up connection between a merchant terminal and a processing host that has been optimized for point-of-sale processing. Transactions are executed quickly and at low cost. Implementation effort is minimal.

Internet connectivity

Our IP merchant gateway solution, merchants and their internet service providers receive a robust connector to our Assure Pay transaction processing host for credit card processing from remote merchant sites. With its built-in set of pre-certified software libraries and communications protocols, this solution allows merchants to quickly and effortlessly extend their physical store locations to virtually anywhere a customer may want to shop.
