You have the choice of managing the solution using a client-based or web-based tool for easy administration. With built in scalability, you can add applications as your business grows, beginning with a TDM-based communication foundation and evolving to IP when you are ready. Nortel BCM facilitates the consolidation of systems, equipment and applications to reduce costs, improve service and enhance the employee experience.

You can choose from three BCM models to meet your business requirements. All models support pluggable and interchangeable Media Bay Modules.

• BCM50 is ideal for deployments of six to 30 users and can expand to as many as 50 users. It comes in a streamlined combination of a main module plus two optional expansion modules.
• BCM200 provides two bays for Media Bay Modules and has a lower removable tray for improved serviceability in a lower-cost version. It’s designed to support 32 or fewer users per system with additional growth to support up to a maximum of 90 IP phones.
• BCM400 is available in a standard model or a redundant feature option model. The redundant feature option model includes four Media Bay Modules to simplify configurations that require four modules and eliminate the need for an Expansion Cabinet. Depending on the configuration, the BCM 400 can grow to support a maximum of 90 IP phones or / and up to 192 digital stations when coupled with an Expansion Gateway.

Best of all if you are migrating from an existing Nortel Norstar deployment many current components may be reused and feature sets retained for a cost effective upgrade that saves you money for retraining and system hardware.
