TELUS Warranty Offerings
1 and 3 year warranty terms are available with options for either next business day on-site or parts only replacement.
The level of service required across services varies. To simplify the management and pricing of these options and keep costs as low as possible TELUS has grouped services into three categories:
- STD - Standard products (this includes all items such as projectors, TVs, AV Switches/Matrixes etc..)
- VEP - Video end points (this includes all video conferencing codecs)
- NS - Network Systems (this includes all video conferencing bridges)
