We are pleased to introduce our new Managed Video Conferencing Services. Simplify the complexity of deploying and managing video conferencing by leveraging pre-designed, easily ordered, and highly scalable services that encompass best practices in implementation and service operations.


A single services contract with a one year term is available for procurement on the NMSO.

The Standard Managed Video Conferencing Service includes:
  • Help and Reservations Desk accessible via 1-800 Call Center or 7x24 Web Portal.
  • Training both "Live" and On-demand.
  • Documentation for User and Administrators.
  • Project Management employing best practices Video Conferencing Services roll-out.
  • IP phone number and Dial plan for IP Video Conferencing Systems.
  • Installation of Video Conferencing Systems for IP or ISDN.
  • Extended Warranty of Video Conferencing Systems for IP or ISDN.
  • Reporting for service validation and planning.

Two options for multi-point video conferencing bridging are also available:

  • Hosted Multi point Bridging. Dial-Out Multi point Bridging Services for either IP or ISDN.
  • Managed Multi point Bridging. Managed Customer-Owned Multi point Bridging Services. TELUS schedules and launches calls on customer owned multi point hardware in either a TELUS secure co-location, or on the customer premise.
