To enjoy the benefits of the TELUS Business One Bundle, you only need to sign a minimum one-year contract for your high speed Internet for Business plan and continue to use TELUS Long Distance service exclusively. You can add, change, and cancel any of the other available bundle services at any time, with no additional commitment required

What are the benefits of signing a contract?
The TELUS Business One Bundle, with its many benefits and exceptional savings, is only available with a minimum 1 year contract for your High Speed Internet for business and your commitment to use TELUS as your exclusive long distance provider. You may sign a longer term contract and receive even more savings.

Will I be charged for changing my Business One contract term?
You can increase the length of your term without penalty at any time. However, you may not shorten the length of the agreed term without incurring termination fees. These fees will be specified in your contract

What happens after the term of my Business One contract expires?
Your contract will be automatically renewed for the same period as your initial contract term, unless you make different arrangements with TELUS, as described in your contract. For example, if your initial term was two years, your contract will be automatically renewed for another two years.

What happens to my contract if I move or sell my business?
Your contract can simply move with you as long as the high speed Internet is available in your new location. If you sell your business, you have the option of transferring the responsibility of your existing contract to the new owner, with their consent and only if your business account is in good standing.

What happens if I cancel TELUS Long Distance service or my TELUS high speed Internet service for business?
Canceling either of these services will cancel the TELUS Business One Bundle contract and result in you no longer qualifying for the bundle and its savings and additional benefits. All other bundle services you choose to keep will revert to their regular monthly rates. Additionally, if you cancel the TELUS Business One Bundle contract any time other than 30 days before or after the contract’s expiry and auto-renewal, you will be charged the termination fee specified in the contract.
