* All TELUS high speed Internet and dial-up customers receive Spam Control on their TELUS e-mail accounts (i.e. myname@telus.net).

However, you will not receive Spam Control if you have registered a domain name and are using the customized email addresses that are included with TELUS High Speed Internet for Business service, TELUS Business Dial service or TELUS Shared Hosting service.

Spam control will only be activated on telus.net email accounts (i.e. yourname@telus.net). TELUS will be making service enhancements for customers who have registered a domain name with telus.net as soon as possible.
