Learn how to unlock your TELUS device.

Device eligibility

Your device must meet all eligibility conditions below. TELUS may refuse any unlock request that appears intended to defraud TELUS or its customers.

  • Device is locked to the TELUS network (TELUS can only unlock TELUS devices)
  • Device is not flagged as lost or stolen

How to unlock your device

If you have a TELUS Small Business plan, log in to My Account and follow the steps below:

  • Select Mobility plans and devices
  • Select Device
  • Follow the instructions presented to you

Please Note:

  • If you need help with My Account, you can view our support articles on using My Account.
  • This is not available in the TELUS My Account Mobile App.
  • Not all devices can be unlocked through My Account. If you require assistance, please contact us at 1-866-558-2273.
  • If your business has a 3-year contract with TELUS and you would like assistance with unlocking devices for your account, please contact us at 1-866-558-2273.
