Notifications sent through email can usually fill your Email or SMS, especially if you have configured your Business Connect account to send notifications for every messages, fax or voicemail created.
This article will guide you on how to configure your notifications settings on your own extension.
Log in to your Business Connect online account.
Click Settings. My Settings
Click Messages & Notifications.
Toggle taking messages by choosing Yes or No.
NOTE: A default voicemail greeting is enabled.
Click on Notifications.
Select the type of notifications that you wish to receive via email or SMS.
You have now changed the notifications settings of your own extension.
