Phone - Use Call Queues - Overview

A Call Queue is two or more extensions grouped together as a department. It provides call queuing functionality where calls can be routed to members of that group.

Follow these steps to add a Call Queue to your Business Connect account.

NOTE: You need to be an account administrator to perform this action.

Step 1:

Log into your  Business Connect Voice Manager account

Step 2:

Go to Settings and select Phone System.

Step 3:

Click Groups/Others.

 Step 4:

Click Add Group.

Step 5:

Select Call Queue.

Step 6:

Fill out the Extension Number, the Extension Name, and the Manager Email. 


Step 7:

Click Save all the way out.

You have just added a Call Queue to your Business Connect account.
