Update Your Registered email Address

You can update the registered email address associated with your account. When you update your registered email address:

  • Your updated email address becomes your new username .
  • If you've previously set up data and e.Bill notifications by email, they will be sent to the new email address.

To update your email address, do the following.

  1. Log in to your TELUS account. Register if you don't have one.
  2. Click the Account tab.
  3. Click Change Email .
  4. Type your new email address .
  5. Click Continue .
  6. A confirmation email is sent to your new email address.

NOTE: You will need to confirm your new email address by responding to the link within the confirmation email.

Your registered email address is successfully updated.
