- Your updated email address becomes your new username .
- If you've previously set up data and e.Bill notifications by email, they will be sent to the new email address.
To update your email address, do the following.
- Log in to your TELUS account. Register if you don't have one.
- Click the Account tab.
- Click Change Email .
- Type your new email address .
- Click Continue .
- A confirmation email is sent to your new email address.
NOTE: You will need to confirm your new email address by responding to the link within the confirmation email.
Your registered email address is successfully updated.
