How many participants can I have in a meeting?

  • You can hold meetings with 4 participants.

How much does it cost?

  • Business Connect Meetings (video conferencing and web share) is included at no additional charge with the Business Connect solution.

Who can join my meetings?

  • You can invite anyone to join your meetings, as long as they have a supported device—PC, Mac, tablet and smartphone*. (* Supported devices include iOs devices 6.0+ and Android devices 4.0+)

Can I screen share from any mobile?

  • You can screen share from iPhones and iPads. On Android devices you can currently only attend meetings and view shared screens.

How do I get started?

  • It’s simple, you download the Business Connect™ Meetings app on your desktop and/or mobile device. Login and start hosting meetings.

Can I share files from cloud storage?

  • Yes, you can access and share files from Dropbox and Box.
