iPhone 7

  • For all models, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery

iPhone 7 Plus

  • For all models except Jet Black, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.  Jet Black, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery

FAQ's

1. Will I receive confirmation of my order of the iPhone 7?

Yes. All orders will be confirmed with an email stating that your order has been processed and indicating a window of time when you can expect to receive your new device. Please note there will be a limited number of the new iPhones in stock. We will do our best to ensure you receive your device as soon as possible.

2. How will I be notified that my new iPhone has been shipped?

TELUS will send an email notification when the device has been shipped to the address provided on your order. It will arrive between 5-7 business days via Purolator. If you are not available at the time of delivery, Purolator will leave a note indicating an attempted delivery and the Purolator depot where your package is being held for you. You are responsible for claiming your package at the Purolator depot indicated on the notification. Photo ID will be required to confirm your identity.

3. I’ve ordered the new iPhone. How long do I have to wait to receive it?

Please note there will be a limited number of the new iPhones in stock. We will do our best to ensure you receive your device as soon as possible. Your order will be in a priority queue and we will ship the devices accordingly. Please check back regularly as this page will be updated frequently with expected shipping dates.
