Frequently asked questions regarding your new iPhone 6

Answers to the most common questions about your iPhone 6 order

1. I pre-ordered my iPhon6. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. All pre-orders will be confirmed with an email stating that your pre-order has been processed and indicating a window when you can expect to receive your new device. Please note there will be a limited number of the new iPhones in stock. We will do our best to ensure you receive your device as soon as possible. Your pre-order will be in a priority queue and we will ship the devices accordingly.

2. How will I be notified that my new iPhone6 has been shipped?

TELUS will send an email notification when the device has been shipped to the address provided on your pre-order. It will arrive between 1-2 business days via Purolator. If you are not available at the time of delivery, Purolator will leave a note indicating an attempted delivery and the Purolator depot where your package is being held for you. You are responsible for claiming your package at the Purolator depot indicated on the notification. Photo ID will be required to confirm your identity.  Please see our shipping dates page for estimated shipping timeframes.

3 I’ve pre-ordered the new iPhone6. How long do I have to wait to receive it?

Please note there will be a limited number of the new iPhones in stock. We will do our best to ensure you receive your device as soon as possible. Your pre-order will be in a priority queue and we will ship the devices accordingly. Please check back regularly as our website will be updated frequently with expected shipping dates.

4 Can I switch the model or size of the iPhone6 I pre-ordered?

Once the pre-order has been processed you will need to wait until you receive your device. You have 30 days from when you receive your device to return it. Just bring it into a TELUS store and switch it for a different device. Note: there may be limited stock and you may have to wait.
