BlackBerry® Curve 9320 - How to use Call Forwarding

Activate Call Forwarding

Follow the steps below in order to forward your incoming calls to another phone:

  1. From the Home screen, press the Phone key.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Select Call Forwarding.
  5. From the Forward Calls menu, select one of the following:
    1. Always to enable Call Forwarding Unconditional.
      1. From the Forward All Calls menu, select New Number...
    2. Conditional to use any of these Call Forwarding services:
      1. If Busy (This enables Call Forward Busy).
        1. From the If Busy menu, select New Number...
      2. If No Reply (This enables Call Forwarding No Reply).
        1. From the If No Reply menu, select New Number...
    3. If Not Reachable (This enables Call Forward Not Reachable).
      1. From the If Not Reachable menu, select New Number...
  6. Type the 10 digit number to which you want to forward your calls.
  7. Press the Enter key twice.
  8. Call Forwarding is enabled.

Deactivate Call Forwarding

  1. From the Home screen, press the Phone key.
  2. Press the Menu key.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Select Call Forwarding.
  5. From the Forward Calls menu, select Never.
  6. Press the Menu key.
  7. Select Save.
  8. Call Forwarding is disabled
