Business Connect - Enabling VoIP calling on your iOS mobile app

One of the features of the RingCentral mobile app is VoIP calling which enables you make phone calls over the Internet, without consuming your airtime minutes. There is no additional charge for this feature and is available for both iOS and Android-powered devices.

NOTE: Mobile VoIP calls can be placed using a WiFi data connection, and can also be received directly on the mobile app through the following steps:

Step 1:
Log in to your RingCentral mobile app.

Step 2:
Tap Menu.

Tap Settings.

Step 3:
Tap My Mobile App Settings.

Step 4:
Select VoIP Calling.

Step 5:
Swipe to turn VoIP Calling ON.

NOTE: You can also turn ON Incoming VoIP Calls. By default, incoming VOIP calls on mobile app is turned OFF.

NOTE: Slide the switch to the OFF position in case you want to keep VoIP calling disabled.
