Set Up a New Email Account

How to set up a new email address on your business account

Step 2 – Log into your account using your existing username and password that you received when you initially signed up for TELUS Internet Services. If you don’t know your username please call 310-3100.

Step 3 – Once logged in, select “Email (Spam Control, password, email address, etc.)” from the drop down menu at the bottom and click “add product”.

Step 4 – Click on “create new username”.

Step 5 – Choose a new username and password for your new email address and then click “continue”.

Step 6 – Select “Add-on Email” and then click “continue” at the bottom.

Step 7 – Review the terms and conditions associated with your new email address. If you accept, check the “I have read and accept the terms and conditions” box and click “accept” at the bottom.

Step 8 – Your new email address has been successfully added to your account.
