Samsung Galaxy S III Mini - Calling Services
Answer Call Waiting
When you’re on a call, Call Waiting announces a second call with two fast beeps. You can answer the second call or let it go to voice mail.
- During a call, swipe the green Phone icon to answer an incoming call.
- Select from the 2 available options.
- Your call swaps to the new call.
- To swap between calls, tap Swap.
- Tap End call to end the current call. You return to the first call.
- Tap End call to end the first call.
Make a conference call
You can conference a maximum of six people on the TELUS 4G LTE network. The first call can be incoming or outgoing, but the subsequent calls must be initiated by you.
- During a call, tap Add call.
- Type the number of the person you would like to add to the call or select a contact from your contact list.
- Tap the green phone icon.
- When the recipient of your call answers, tap Merge.
- Your calls are merged. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for additional participants.
Use Call Forwarding
Activate Call Forwarding
Follow the steps below in order to forward your incoming calls to another phone :
- From the Home screen, tap Phone.
- Tap Menu.
- Select Call settings.
- Select Call forwarding.
- Select Voice call.
- Select one of the following :
- Always forward (This enables Call Forwarding Unconditional).
- Forward when busy (This enables Call Forward Busy).
- Forward when unanswered (This enables Call Forwarding No Reply).
- Forward when unreachable (This enables Call Forward Not Reachable).
- Type the 10 digit number to which you want to forward your calls.
- Tap Enable.
- Call Forwarding is enabled.
Deactivate Call Forwarding
- From the Home screen, tap Phone.
- Tap Menu.
- Select Call settings.
- Select Call forwarding.
- Select Voice call.
- Select the enabled Call Forwarding feature and tap Disable.
- Call Forwarding is disabled.
