Restarting your smartphone causes its software to reload and renews your connection to the network, which can fix some problems:

  1. Remove the battery.
  2. Wait ten seconds.
  3. Reinsert the battery.
  4. Turn your smartphone on.
  5. Your smartphone is restarted.

If these steps are unsuccessful, visit a Product Care Centre to have your smartphone inspected.
